Metasurg offers the latest advancements in lower extremity
implant technology. Through a partnership with leading extremity surgeons and implant design engineers, Metasurg has developed the Ti6™ Titanium Internal Fixation System, Ti6™ Digital Fusion System, and the BioMotion™ First MPJ Cannulated Hemi System.

The DigiFuse™ implant targets ease of use and enhanced stabilization for intramedullary fusions of the lesser digits. The 2.0mm and 2.5mm screw sizes combined with the zero and ten degrees of plantarflexion, along with standard and short blade options, provide a variety of configurations to match patient anatomy and achieve the desired results. Cannulated implants and instruments allow for easy and accurate placement. Manufactured from implant grade titanium, the implants do not require storage at reduced temperatures prior to surgery. The reusable system allows the implants to be kept in the sterilization tray and eliminates the costs associated with disposable instruments. Learn more

The BioMotion™ First MPJ Cannulated Hemi System has been designed for use in a simplified, reproducible surgical technique. The cannulated instrumentation provides the surgeon with the ability to precisely align and implant the prosthesis while eliminating unnecessary additional steps. The BioMotion™ implant also features a low profile surface, thus reducing the amount of bone resection needed and allowing for retention of the flexor tendon attachment sites. The tapered stem matches the natural shape of the medullary canal and allows for the entire surface of the stem to embed in non-broached bone. Color coded trial sizers aid in proper selection of the correct implant size and placement without the need for interim trial sizers. Five sizes offer a sufficient range to match virtually all phalanx anatomy. Learn more

The TruArch™ subtalar arthroereisis system is designed to aid in the correction of a wide range of flatfoot disorders resulting in a hyperpronated foot and unstable subtalar joint. The system features a titanium alloy, conical, partially threaded implant with soft tissue in growth slots and channels. The color coded, cannulated system promotes ease of use and accurate placement with minimum tissue disruption. A unique driver/implant interface system facilitates accurate repositioning or implant removal. Learn more
